Here are some more recent pictures of Will over the past week. He's already grown so much and he's only a week and 3 days old today. I can really tell a difference in his carseat. When we left the hospital, his head didn't touch the pad surrounding his head. Now, it's almost fitted all the way around. He's such a joy in our lives and we love him so, so much!! There are times when we are definitely faced with being tired but for the most part, he's a good baby! We're so blessed!!
Not only does he look like his Daddy, but he sleeps like him too!!

WILLIAM CARTER COCHRAN
As I posted earlier, William Carter Cochran was born on May 22, 2009 at 9:10am. He weighed in at 8lbs 3oz and was 19 inches long. As of his Pediatrician's appointment on Tuesday, he gained back 5oz (He went down to 7lb 9oz in the hospital) and has grown an inch and a quarter. :o( Our baby is growing up already. He is such a good baby and we're so blessed to have him here! As his Mommy, I was so afraid that he'd come on May 23rd, which is the day my precious sister passed away. God knew better and we were able to have him on May 22nd. Because of this, our family was able to be together but for a different reason. Instead of mourning, we were celebrating life!! Will turned a sorrowful time into a time of joy and happiness. We love him so, so much and I'm pretty sure he's the most beautiful baby in the entire world!! :o)
We will be posting videos soon! KaaKaa, don't worry...you'll be on here with Will soon too! We have sweet video of the both of you!! We miss you all back home and hope we can visit again soon!! We love our sweet baby boy!!!!!!!!!!! He is such a blessing and a great gift from God!!

My Heart Now Lives Outside My Chest
BABY WILL IS HERE!!!!!!!!!
On Friday, May 22nd at 9:10am, the world was made perfect by the birth of our sweet baby boy, William Carter Cochran. He was 8lbs 3oz and 19 inches long. He has a head full of dark hair and has dark blue eyes. He's absolutely beautiful and so incredibly loved!
I always knew that I'd love him but I could never imagine just exactly how much I truly do. I look at him and cry. I think of him and cry. I see other people holding him and I cry as a proud mother. He's the best gift I could have ever been given! Thank you, God, for this incredible and PRECIOUS gift!!
As soon as my computer decides to quit being possessed, I'll post pictures. In the meantime, Will's Aunt KeithAnn has posted some pictures on her blog. www.keithann.blogspot.com

A Completed Nursery
We are officially ready for baby Will!! ...Well, his part, anyway. I'm still working on my labor bag and overnight bag but my labor bag is halfway done. I cleaned my car this weekend with Armor All, Windex, I vacuumed it out, and Jeremy and I washed it. I got the carseat installed...all by myself, I might add...and so we're aaalmost ready. I'm putting some things in my car to keep until I go into labor. Since I don't know where I'll be when that time comes, I want to be prepared. After all, I am a planner. :o) Here are some pictures of Will's completed nursery...
KeithAnn's wonderful painting gets things started at the door...

Jeremy and I are so excited to welcome our son soon!!! I'm getting very, very anxious but very nervous at the same time. It won't be long..... 3 more weeks/ 21 days to go! May 17th is right around the corner!

I Love My 4D Baby Will!!!!!
This past Saturday, March 21st, I went in for a 3D/4D ultrasound. My mom, dad, and KeithAnn went with me. Jeremy wanted it to be a surprise so he stayed at home with JR and my niece, Rebekah. Everyone was in town this past weekend for a couple of baby showers and for this ultrasound. I already loved our little boy so much but after seeing him in 3D/4D, I can't wait to have him in my arms!! I kept thinking to myself, "I made that!" Jeremy saw the pictures when I got home and agrees that he's quite the cutie. It looks like he's going to be a Jeremy Junior with a hint of me. We'll see!! We're definitely excited!!!! 8 more weeks!! ...On a side note, the doctor told me last week that he's going to check my placenta when I go back in 2 weeks to see if it's moved. If it hasn't, they will have to schedule me for a C section. As of when I last saw, it hadn't moved yet. Also, the ultrasound tech measured him and he's measuring 1 week and 2 days farther along than what I am AND he's almost 5lbs!!! He's a big ole boy!! I loves him!!!

My good friend, Nacole Bryant, took some pictures for me this past weekend. She's a great photographer and I'm so thankful that she was able to do this for us!! Jeremy and I are planning on taking some more when I get a little closer to our due date. I am really pleased at how great this pictures turned out!
